Health Opt-Out
In accordance with N.J.S.A.18A:35-4.7, parents are permitted to “opt out” of this learning for their child if it conflicts with conscience or sincerely held moral or religious beliefs. In the event you choose to opt your child out of this instruction, an alternate health assignment will be provided to support your child’s learning. Students will not attend additional physical education classes in lieu of alternate health assignments.
