The Hillsdale School District complies with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. To be determined eligible for services under Section 504, an evaluation by members of the 504 committee to determine whether the student manifests a physical or mental impairment which substantially limits one or more major life activities.
