I grew up in Bergen County. Prior to teaching at Smith School, I taught in New York City. I have my Bachelor’s in Psychology and my Master’s in Early Childhood and Childhood Education, both from Fordham University.
From a young age, I knew that I wanted to work with children. I strive as a teacher to not only promote questioning and the search for answers, but also to be a part of a child's development. In seeking to provide all students with an education tailored to their needs, I view each student as an individual. Within every minute of the school day, I work hard to create a safe and encouraging environment where each student is approached with respect, a smile, and a positive attitude. I aim to inspire every child and instill a love of learning.
