Emergency School Dismissal Procedure
All parents are asked to complete the Emergency Information Card. Please return the completed card, with your signed receipt from the cover letter, to your child's school office. If the information on the card becomes outdated during the school year, we ask that you immediately call the school nurse and request a new card. Complete the card and return it to the school immediately.
