A school can be defined as a community for learning within safe and happy surroundings and that works to develop the whole child. The George G. White School strive to create a responsive environment that will continue to provide our early adolescent students with the care and support that is needed during these critical years in their lives.  We have created and implement many challenging programs to increase the learning of our students and prepare them for the 21^st century.  At the George White School we believe that all students can achieve in the way that works best for them and we will do all to assure that this is accomplished. 

The mission of the George G. White School is to expose students to a variety of wealth of knowledge.   All the students will be given the necessary guidance and instruction to be able to enhance their talents and abilities.  The staff at the George G. White School strives to maintain a safe, happy environment in which all children will feel comfortable and accepted.  In setting high academic and behavioral standards, we appreciate individual differences and encourage each child to capitalize on his or her own strengths.  We will strive to ensure the development of the whole child, which includes the academic, the social, and the emotional components.

The George G. White School has a strong foundation.  We possess a definite curriculum plan at each grade level that includes organized knowledge, skills, and personal development activities.  We continually work to improve our curriculum, and design additional activities to help pupils understand and cope with the changes which they are or will be experiencing.
